Before I get into that, allow me to introduce myself -
I’m Lisa Desilet and over the past ten years, I’ve been on a rollercoaster - as a woman, wife, mom, entrepreneur, and (up until 2023) a corporate workhorse.
Today, I can say with certainty this is the happiest, most successful, joyful, and consistent I’ve ever been in every single aspect of my life, but it took some work to get here…
Let’s just say poor health, endometriosis, depression, a marriage on the verge of crumbling, unhealthy weight gain, and Sunday Scaries at the beginning of every workweek all felt… normal.
There was a moment in early February 2023 when I was backed into a corner and was forced to choose. I could either continue the hustle and grind, abandoning myself, my values, and my health for the sake of a comfortable, yet restrictive corporate job - OR - throw my middle finger up at that limited opportunity and go all in on ME.
I think you know what I chose.

I couldn’t be one of those people anymore. I was done abandoning myself for the sake of controlled “success” that never really felt right. Armed with the expertise I had developed over the past decade as both an entrepreneur and corporate workhorse, I knew there was an army of people just like me, desperate for something different.
When I quit my six-figure job, I was saying “no more” the toxic hustle culture of corporate, the need to prove my value by how much I could outwork others, and the bullsh*t story that financial success has to cost you everything.
I knew it was possible to have it all - a healthy body, a happy family, a thriving business, and a wealthy future - without self-abandonment, trampled boundaries, or any other compromise I no longer wanted to make.

No, there is no minimum commitment period for your “she leads well” membership. You have the flexibility to stay as long as you find value and can cancel anytime by reaching out to lisa@lisadesilet.com. I’m here to support you on your journey, whether you choose to stay for the short term or the long haul. However please note that if you joined during a promotional period and decide to cancel your membership, you will not be able to re-join at the previous rate.

No, this membership does not grant access to one-on-one coaching with me or any other leadership programs. Each of those programs is distinct and separate from the offerings provided within 'She Leads Well.' However, as a member, you have the ability to unlock membership-only discounts to these other programs.

No, the membership doesn't include one-on-one access. However, you will have access to me through the community chat and during Q&A calls within the group setting. In these sessions, I'll be available to offer guidance, answer your questions, and engage directly to support you on your journey.
